Структура формування міжкультурної компетентності у фахівців соціономічних професій: соціально-педагогічний аспект

Визначено важливе значення міжкультурних особливостей розвитку освітньої сфери України впродовж двох останніх десятиліть. Аргументовано провідну роль викладача закладу вищої освіти у вирішенні світових освітніх викликів. Представлено авторське розуміння формування міжкультурної компетентності фахівців соціономічних професій на основі виокремлення та розгляду особливостей міжкультурної взаємодії. Зазначено обов’язкові складові набуття студентами міжкультурної компетентності на глобальному, локальному та індивідуальному рівнях. Запропоновано структуру формування міжкультурної освітньої компетентності, яку становлять взаємозв’язані компоненти: знання про культуру інших народів, організацію ефективного міжкультурного комунікування та власні знання з іноземної мови і мовної культури; індивідуальне схвальне ставлення до представників інокультури; особистісна міжкультурна поведінка, яка формується в процесі зреалізування міжкультурного спілкування на основі здобутих освітніх знань і практичних комунікативних навичок та підтверджуються дієвими професійними вчинками майбутніх фахівців. У дослідженні розглянуті та проаналізовані чинники формування міжкультурної компетентності фахівців соціономічних професій, зазначено їх позитивний вплив на результативну діяльність викладачів із студентами. До основних чинників віднесені: рівнозначність світових культур, що проявляється у значущі кожної для світової співдружності; культурна дистанція, яка визначається ступенем близькості чи віддаленості культур, сприяє швидкій адаптації до міжкультурної взаємодії; культурно-освітні стандарти, котрі разом із сприйняттям, способами мислення та системою суспільних цінностей, усувають виникнення інокультурних стереотипів, виробляють нові культурні орієнтири; адаптивний міжкультурний
досвід, що розкривається в процесі швидкого пристосування фахівця до культурного середовища інших країн.

The importance of the intercultural peculiarities of the development of the educational sphere of Ukraine over the last
two decades is identified in the article. The leading role of the teacher of institution of higher education in solving the world educational challenges is substantiated. The author’s understanding of the formation of intercultural competence of specialists of socionomic professions based on isolation and consideration of peculiarities of intercultural interaction is presented. The mandatory components of students’ acquisition of intercultural competence at the global, local and individual levels are outlined. The structure of formation of intercultural educational competence, which consists of interconnected components: knowledge about culture of other peoples, organization of effective intercultural communication and own knowledge of foreign language and linguistic culture; individual approving attitude towards representatives of other cultures; personal intercultural behavior, which is formed in the process of realizing intercultural communication on the basis of acquired educational knowledge
and practical communication skills and is confirmed by effective professional actions of future specialists, is proposed.
The factors of formation of intercultural competence of specialists of socionomic professions are considered and analyzed
and their positive influence on the effective activity of teachers with students is indicated in the study. The main factors include:
the equivalence of world cultures, which manifests itself in the importance of each of them for the world community; cultural
distance, which is determined by the degree of closeness or remoteness of cultures, facilitates rapid adaptation to intercultural
interaction; cultural-educational standards, which eliminate the emergence of non-cultural stereotypes and create new cultural
orientations together with perception, ways of thinking and the system of social values; adaptive intercultural experience that is
revealed in the process of rapid adaptation of a specialist to the cultural environment of other countries.
