Психологічні особливості адаптації учнів до складання ЗНО

Дисертаційне дослідження присвячено вивченню проблеми психологічної адаптації учнів до складання ЗНО. Наукова новизна та теоретичне значення дослідження полягають у тому, що вперше: обґрунтовано, що загальною тенденцією наукових досліджень адаптації є перехід від її розгляду як фізіологічного процесу до вивчення соціально-психологічних аспектів адаптаційного процесу. На основі сучасних концептуальних підходів, психологічну адаптацію учнів до складання ЗНО визначено як мультикомпонентний процес психоемоційного пристосування особистості учня до нових умов і методів визначення рівня навчальних досягнень; доведено, що особливості психологічної адаптації учнів до складання ЗНО пов’язані з впливом системи детермінант емоційного характеру (рівень ситуативної тривожності), рефлексивного (показник самооцінки та інтелекту досліджуваних) та поведінкового (копінг-стратегія, спрямована на пошук соціальної підтримки у стресогенних ситуаціях); визначено та проаналізовано особистісні характеристики, що входять до емоційного, рефлексивного та поведінкового компоненту психологічної адаптації школярів; у ході емпіричного дослідження з’ясовано, що загальний рівень адаптованості школярів до стресогенної ситуації з перевірки знань (ЗНО) є досить низьким, а у деяких учнів межує з дезадаптацією; розроблено тренінгову програму з формування функціональних психологічних компетенцій та оптимізації адаптаційної поведінки школярів.

The dissertation research is devoted to the study of the problem of psychological adaptation of students to the IEE. The scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the study is that for the first time: it is substantiated that the general trend of scientific research of adaptation is the transition from its consideration as a physiological process to the study of socio-psychological aspects of the adaptation process. Based on modern conceptual approaches, the psychological adaptation of students to the IEE is defined as a multicomponent process of psycho-emotional adaptation of the student's personality to new conditions and methods of determining the level of academic achievement; it is proved that the peculiarities of psychological
adaptation of students to the IEE are related to the influence of a system of determinants of emotional nature (level of situational anxiety), reflexive (self-esteem and intelligence) and behavioral (coping strategy aimed at finding social support in stressful situations); there have been identified and analyzed personal characteristics that are a part of the emotional, reflexive and behavioral component of psychological adaptation of students; an empirical study found that the overall level of adaptation of students to the stressful situation of testing (IEE) is quite low, and some students are bordering on maladaptation; there has been developed a training program for the formation of functional psychological competencies and optimization of adaptive behavior of students.
