Оптимізація організації та управління програмами адаптивної фізичної культури для військових з різними типами поранень

У статті висвітлено сучасні підходи до оптимізації організації та управління програмами адаптивної фізичної культури (АФК) для військових з різними типами поранень. На основі аналізу вітчизняного та міжнародного досвіду визначено ключові аспекти ефективної реабілітації, зокрема індивідуалізація програм з урахуванням специфіки бойових уражень, інтеграція інноваційних технологій, комплексний психологічний супровід. Запропоновано трирівневу модель управління програмами АФК, що включає організаційно-управлінський, клініко-методичний та технологічний компоненти. Особливу увагу приділено стандартизації протоколів реабілітації, створенню механізмів міжсекторальної взаємодії та впровадженню сучасних критеріїв оцінки ефективності, таких як динаміка фізичного відновлення, рівень соціальної адаптації та суб’єктивна оцінка пацієнтами. Результати дослідження підтверджують доцільність комплексного підходу, що поєднує індивідуалізовані методики, інноваційні технології та ефективні управлінські рішення. Отримані висновки можуть бути використані для вдосконалення державних стандартів АФК, оптимізації роботи реабілітаційних центрів та розробки індивідуальних програм відновлення військових.

The article explores modern approaches to optimizing the organization and management of adaptive physical culture (APC) programs for veterans with various types of combat-related injuries. Key aspects of effective rehabilitation are identified, including the individualization of programs tailored to specific injury profiles, the integration of innovative technologies, and comprehensive psychological support. A three-tiered model for managing APC programs is proposed, encompassing organizational and managerial, clinical and methodological, and technological components. Special attention is given to the standardization of rehabilitation protocols, intersectoral collaboration mechanisms, and modern evaluation criteria, such as physical recovery dynamics, social adaptation levels, and patient-reported outcomes. The study highlights the importance of personalized rehabilitation programs addressing the needs of veterans with spinal injuries, amputations, polytrauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Advanced technologies, such as virtual reality (VR) systems and tele-rehabilitation platforms, are emphasized as critical factors in improving rehabilitation outcomes. VR-based interventions enhance motor and cognitive recovery through immersive therapeutic experiences, while tele-rehabilitation ensures continuity of care, particularly for veterans in remote areas.
The proposed model underscores the need for evidence-based protocols aligned with international best practices, particularly NATO standards, while adapting them to Ukraine’s post-war rehabilitation infrastructure. Identified gaps include uneven resource distribution, insufficient specialist training, and limited access to innovative technologies. To address these challenges, the study suggests solutions such as optimized resource allocation, competency-based training for rehabilitation teams, and guidelines for integrating advanced technologies. The findings confirm the effectiveness of a comprehensive approach combining individualized methodologies, innovative technologies, and efficient management solutions. Practical implications include the development of state APC standards, optimization of rehabilitation center operations, and flexible recovery programs. Future research should focus on long-term outcomes of technology-assisted rehabilitation and sustainable economic models for implementation.
