Чинники формування інноваційних технологій оздоровлення

Науковцями в сфері фізичної культури відмічена закономірність погіршення стану здоров’я населення України. Для покращення ситуації необхідно впроваджувати інноваційні технології в різні сфери науки, культури, освіти. Постає питання пошуку нових моделей та інноваційних технологій в сфері фізичної культури, які були б побудовані на основі сучасних підходів в освіті і конкретизовані у відповідності з особливостями фізичного виховання різних груп населення. В статті розглянуто основні чинники, що впливають на формування інноваційних технологій оздоровлення. Розкрито значення понять «технологія», сутність понять «здоров’язбережувальні технології», «оздоровчі технології», «фітнес-технології». Визначено ряд характерних ознак для сучасних науково-обґрунтованих фітнес-технологій. Для досягнення ефективної комплексної оздоровчої спрямованості, а саме підвищення фізичного, психічного, соціального здоров’я, визначено ряд вимог, що висуваються для ефективної розробки фітнес-технологій.

Scientists in the field of physical culture have noted the regularity of the deterioration of the health status of the population of Ukraine. To improve the situation, it is necessary to introduce innovative technologies in various fields of science, culture and education. The question arises of searching for new models of innovative technologies in the field of physical culture, which would be built on the basis of modern approaches in education and concretized in accordance with the characteristics of physical education of various groups of the population. The purpose of the work is to determine the conditions for the formation of innovative technologies for health improvement. The article discusses the main factors influencing the formation of innovative health technologies. The meaning of the concepts of "technology", the essence of the concepts of "health-saving technologies", "health-improving technologies", "fitnesstechnologies" are revealed. A number of characteristic features for modern science-based fitness technologies have been identified. To achieve an effective comprehensive health-improving orientation, namely, improving physical, mental, social health, a number of requirements have been identified for the effective development of fitness technologies. Conclusions. The principle of health orientation of physical education is specified in physical culture and health technologies, which combine the process of using physical education for health purposes and a scientific discipline that develops and improves the basics of methods of building a physical culture and health process. The emergence of innovative health technologies is spiraling according to the following algorithm: the demand for technology the search for technology taking into account the interests of society the modernization of technology and its transmission to the outside world in the form of fitness services – adjustment.
