Инновационные информационно-коммуникационные технологии в дигитальной образовательной среде

Представлены результаты теоретического изучения научных публикаций в Республике Болгария для инновационных технологий, используемых в дигитальной образовательной среде. Цель исследования – установить доступность инновационных технологий в дигитальной образовательной среде посредством теоретического обзора исследований. Гипотеза нашего исследования заключается в том, что существуют такие инновационные технологии, использование которых в дигитальной образовательной среде поможет улучшить качество среднего и высшего образования. Чтобы подтвердить или опровергнуть рабочую гипотезу, было написано большое количество научных работ, диссертаций, монографий и т. д. (34 источника) по специальностям “1.2 Педагогика” и “1.3 Методика обучения”, непосредственно связанных с современными образовательными технологиями и посвященных использованию ИКТ в образовании. Эмпирический исследовательский подход был использован для достижения цели исследования в среде обучения

У статті представлені результати теоретичного вивчення наукових публікацій у Республіці Болгарія для інноваційних технологій, які використовуються в освітньому середовищі. Мета дослідження – з’ясувати доступність інноваційних технологій у дигітальному освітньому середовищі шляхом теоретичного огляду досліджень. Гіпотеза нашого дослідження полягає у тому, що існують такі інноваційні технології, використання яких у дигітальному освітньому середовищі допоможе покращити якість середньої та вищої освіти. Щоб підтвердити чи спростувати робочу гіпотезу, була написана велика кількість наукових робіт, дисертацій, монографій тощо (34 джерела) за спеціальностями «1.2 Педагогіка» та «1.3 Педагогіка навчання» (методика навчання), які безпосередньо пов’язані із сучасними освітніми технологіями і присвячені використанню ІКТ в освіті. Емпіричний дослідницький підхід було використано для досягнення мети дослідження навчального середовища.

The task of collecting, processing and exchanging information has stood onthe agenda of humanity throughout all stages of its development and in all spheres of activity, involving the process of learning as well. Modern educationenvironment is underscored by digital technology and equipment which in turn impact pedagogical relations within the learning process, stimulate thecognitive activity of trainees and the professional satisfaction of teachers. Evidently it functions as the basis for introducing innovative educationaltechnologies , the final goal being learning process intesification. The development of information and communication technologies has given a newimpetus to digital training, thus providing access to a vast amount of information stored in different parts of the planet. From professional point ofview technology aided learning generates prerequisites leading to in-depth acquisition of the properties of studied objects and processes throughemployment of mathematical models and implementation of parametric investigations plus their optimization. Special emphasis in the paper is put ondistinguishing the terms " computerization of learning", " learninginformatisation", " information technology of education", " interactivetechnologies", "information and communication education technologies" and"multimedia technologies".Similarly, the paper presents the results of a theoretical study of scientific publications in the Republic of Bulgaria for innovative technologies used in thedigital educational environment. The purpose of this study is to establish theavailability of innovative technologies in digital educational environmentthrough theoretical review of the research done. Accordingly, the scientific conjecture of our research maintains that there are such innovativetechnologies, the use of which in the digital educational environment promote the improvement of quality in secondary and higher education. For the purposeof verifying or refuting working hypothesis, a large number of scientific works, theses, monographs have been studied. (34 sources )all of which pertaining tothe specialties "1.2 Pedagogy" and "1.3 Pedagogy of Training in ..." (principalteaching methods) directly related to modern educational technologies involvingICT in education. An empirical research approach was used to achieve the goal of this study.
