Професійне самовдосконалення викладачів гуманітарних дисципілн вищої школи

У монографії подано авторську концепцію, теоретичну модель професійного самовдосконалення викладачів гуманітарних дисциплін у вищих навчальних закладах. Обґрунтовано принципи професійного самовдосконалення, визначено його етапи, структуру, закономірності, особливості. Описано форми, методи, прийоми, технологію проектування шляхів самовдосконалення педагога. Розкрито та окреслено педагогічні умови професійного зростання викладачів вищої школи. Професійне самовдосконалення педагога подано автором в ракурсі духовної цілісності людини, з акцентом на глобальному, моральному імперативі.

The scientific and methodological bases of professional self-improvement of the high school teachers of humanitarian specialties are presented in the thesis. The process of formation and development of the self-identity phenomenon in philosophical, psychological and historical-pedagogical literature is investigated. Professional self-perfection is clarified as a socio-pedagogical, theoretical and methodological phenomenon in their dialectical unity. The essential characteristics, structure, stages, main features of professional self-improvement of the high school teachers of humanitarian specialties are defined. The pedagogical conditions for professional self-cultivation of the high school teachers of humanitarian specialties are described. The criteria and indicators of professional self-improvement are grounded; the pedagogical diagnostics of the levels of formation of professional self-development of the Arts high school teachers is implemented. The effectiveness of pedagogical model and technologies of professional self-cultivation of the high school teachers of humanitarian specialties are worked out, grounded and experimentally checked. The educational-methodical complex on professional self-development of the Arts high school teachers is created and implemented. Author`s curriculums and special courses are introduced into the educational process of higher educational institutions.
