Основи командоутворення у веслуванні академічному

Вивчені основні тенденції комплектування веслувальних екіпажів. Розглянуто ряд підходів щодо процесу
комплектації: на основі підбору веслярів до екіпажу із врахуванням форми та потужності веслувальних зусиль у
сполученні із часом, що витрачається на цикл гребка; на основі соціально-психологічного компоненту; на основі
врахування фізичного, фізіологічного, психологічного, технічного та тактичного розвитку та підготовленості.
Встановлено, що в академічному веслуванні процес комплектації екіпажів на кожному з етапів підготовки спортсменів
має певні особливості. Розкрито питання про особливості комплектування екіпажів в академічному веслуванні, з
доведенням важливості організаційно-наукового підходу з врахуванням морфо-функціональних та психологічних
показників.

The basic tendencies of rowing crews creation are studied. A number of approaches to
the process of team creation are considered: on the basis of the selection of rowers to the crew, taking into account the shape and
power of the rowing forces in combination with the time spent on the rotation cycle; on the basis of the socio-psychological
component; on the basis of consideration of physical, physiological, psychological, technical and tactical development and
preparedness. It is established that in rowing the process of crews formation at each of stages of training of athletes has certain
features. The question of the features of crew manning in rowing is revealed, with the proof of the importance of the organizational
scientific approach taking into account morphological and functional and psychological indices.
The study of the staffing of rowing crews of the highest sports qualification in our work was based on three parameters:
morphological indicators, functional state, psychological compatibility. The data obtained in the course of the morphological
indicators showed similar staffing of experimental crews with slight differences in the indicators of length and weight of the body of
rowers.
According to functional indicators (reaction of the cardiovascular system) of rowers to the metered load is fixed, in the vast
majority, a good and excellent condition. According to the average data in both crews, a good condition has been recorded,
indicating that sportsmen are well trained and ready to perform a dose-packed training load.
In the study of the psychological component of crews on the basis of indicators of psychological compatibility and
psychological atmosphere in rowing crews we obtained unexpected results. So, in the crew number 1, we received a significantly
smaller mark of the psychological atmosphere in the team, indicating that the rowing may not be comfortable in this crew. This is
confirmed by the low score from the index of group compatibility.
Consequently, our research became one of the link of the actual question about the features of manning crews in rowing,
with the proof of the importance of the organizational and scientific approach, taking into account both morphological functional and
psychological indicators.
