Abstract
Автор даної статті проводить аналіз співвідношення препозитивних та постпозитивних маркерів в українській та англійській мовах. На основі проведеного аналізу визначено основний семантичний критерій лексичного значення дієслова руху в українській мові, доведена важливість постпозитивного маркера та прислівниково-префіксального дієслівного модифікатора в англійській мові.
The author of this article analyzes the relationship between prepositive and postpositive markers in Ukrainian and English languages. Based on the analysis, the main criterion for lexical-semantic meaning of the verb of motion in the Ukrainian language was identified, the importance of postpositive marker and prefix-adverbial verbal modifiers in the English language was proved.
